multi-disciplinary consultancy which offers a wide range of professional services to clients
within the Australian construction
industry and professional workplace.
Colin Bond
Partner
During his twenty years employment within the construction industry, Colin Bond has gained experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor
on a variety of projects throughout the UK. He has worked in senior commercial management positions for
several organisations, including two major construction companies i.e. Laing and Bovis. As his career
developed, Colin specialised within the mechanical and electrical services sector of the industry, working
eight years with NG Bailey & Co Ltd, the largest independent electrical contractor in the UK.
Colin founded
the London branch of Hammond James Associates in November 1997, and after five successful years, he migrated to
Australia in September 2002. The Australian branch of Hammond James Associates was founded in March 2003.
Partner
Vicki is a confident and outgoing marketing professional with over six years
experience. She worked for four years in the London financial services
market for Royal Bank of Scotland Trust Bank and JPMorgan Fleming Asset
Management, focusing on the marketing, media and public relations for the
retail and institutional funds side of the business. She became a partner
with Hammond James Associates in October 2001, to manage and co-ordinate the
marketing, media and public relations for the London business initially and
to then further develop the business in Queensland, Australia.
After returning to Australia in September 2002 with Colin and her young
family, Vicki assisted in founding the Australian branch of Hammond James
Associates in March 2003. She co-ordinates the marketing services for the
business and now offers specialist marketing consultancy services to clients
in the Australian professional market.
Consultant IT Coordinator
Darragh is a recent Information Technology graduate from the University of Queensland, Australia, where he specialised
in Information Systems development, particularly in their application to a web based environment. He has previous
experience in developing data solutions for Powerlink Queensland, a prominent Australian
transmission line management corporation, assiting them
in developing a procurement process management database.
He has extensive experience developing web sites both for personal
use, as well as at an university level. He hopes to start his own UK based web consulting company. Darragh is responsible for the developement
and maintenance of the Hammond James Associates website.
